Learning Agency, founded by Brittney Garcia, specializes in transforming how communities understand and respond to Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and trauma. We believe that trauma-informed care is not just a concept—it's a practical approach that can be implemented at every level of an organization. Our mission is to equip educators, leaders, and staff with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to create healing-centered environments where all individuals can activate their agency.
